Refund policy


1. All Sales Are Final

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • The issue must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide:
    • Clear photographs
    • An unboxing video
    • Images of the item received and the original shipping packaging
  • Requests made after 12 hours may not be accepted.

Banngles & Threads reserves the right to approve or decline any request based on the evidence provided.

3. Exchanges (If Approved)

  • Approved issues are eligible for exchange only (no refunds).
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • The damaged or incorrect item must be shipped back at the customer’s expense within 1–2 days of reporting the issue.
  • Once received, the item will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within 4–5 business days.
  • If the same design is unavailable, another item of equal value may be selected.
  • Replacement items will be shipped using the fastest available shipping method.

4. Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

  • Items reported after 12 hours of delivery
  • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage after use
  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Quality Assurance

  • Every order undergoes multiple quality checks before dispatch.
  • Packaging and dispatch processes are documented to ensure accuracy.
