A Storage Infrastructure Engineer specializing in storage and backup systems in the IT industry, Grishma moved to the U.S. in 2007. While building her professional career, she often felt the absence of authentic Indian ethnic wear that offered the right balance of quality, design and trust.

Repeatedly disappointed by the limited options available abroad, she decided to source ethnic wear directly from India. By partnering with trusted vendors in Delhi, she began curating outfits that reflect genuine craftsmanship, vibrant colors, and dependable quality pieces that feel both authentic and accessible.

Bangles And Threads was created to bring that experience to women living abroad. Today, the brand offers a wide variety of thoughtfully sourced ethnic wear at reasonable prices, allowing customers to enjoy beautiful Indian outfits without having to travel back to India to find them.
